License to use

We grant you a free, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the tools on Filenify for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

Your files and content

You retain all rights to the files you process with our tools. Most tools run entirely in your browser and never upload your files. You are solely responsible for the content you process.

No warranty

Filenify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy of any output (including calculators and converters).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filenify and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including data loss.

Intellectual property

The Filenify name, logo, design, and code are owned by us. You may not copy, resell, or rebrand the service.
