Filenify is free for everyone — keep it that way by using it responsibly. You agree not to:

• Use the tools for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law.
• Process content that infringes anyone else's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
• Upload, generate, or distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Use the tools to create content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative of minors.
• Bypass DRM, copy protection, or other technical restrictions on content you don't own.
• Download copyrighted video, audio, or media without the rights holder's permission.
• Scrape, automate, or otherwise abuse the service at a scale that degrades it for others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, attack, or disrupt the site or its infrastructure.

Enforcement

We may block access from IPs or browsers that violate this policy. Serious or repeated abuse may be reported to the relevant authorities.
