Our position
Filenify does not host user-uploaded content. Most of our tools run entirely in your browser, so files never reach our servers. We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same.
Filing a notice
If you believe content accessible through Filenify infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The specific URL or location of the allegedly infringing material.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same elements above plus a statement of good-faith belief that the removal was a mistake.
