About WebP to JPG

WebP is Google's modern image format — smaller and sharper than JPG at the same visual quality. But universal support is still patchy: some CMS uploaders, print shops, Word/PowerPoint embeds, and older devices simply reject .webp files. Filenify's WebP to JPG converter turns any number of WebP images into universally supported JPG files in a single batch, right in your browser. Transparent regions in the WebP are flattened onto white (because JPG has no alpha channel), and you can dial the output quality from 50% to 100% to trade file size against fidelity. No upload, no queue, no watermark, no daily cap — the whole conversion runs locally via the browser's Canvas API, so private photos and product shots never touch a server.

How WebP to JPG works

  1. 1Drop one or dozens of .webp files into the upload zone.
  2. 2Pick your JPG quality (92% is the sweet spot for near-identical output at ~30% smaller).
  3. 3Every file is decoded and re-encoded to JPG in parallel — no server round-trip.
  4. 4Download individually, or grab everything at once with Download all.
